The ideal candidate is highly organized, decisive, and comfortable operating with autonomy. They bring a proven project management approach, including a preferred platform or system they have successfully used to manage day-to-day execution while also delivering concise, executive-level updates to leadership.

About the Role

  • Capture project objectives, requirements, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
  • Translate high-level direction into structured, actionable project plans

Product Releases & Changes

  • Coordinate new product launches, product changes, upgrades, and enhancements across pharmacy, operations, regulatory, legal, marketing, engineering, and customer support

Project Planning & Day-to-Day Execution

  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, task ownership, and timelines
  • Actively manage day-to-day progress, unblock teams, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating as appropriate

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with leaders and contributors across departments to ensure alignment and clarity of responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams with competing priorities
  • Ensure projects move forward without relying on constant executive intervention

Executive-Level Reporting & Communication

  • Provide concise, structured status updates to the COO and executive leadership
  • Distill complex projects into clear summaries highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps
  • Maintain visibility into overall project health across the portfolio

Project Management Tools & Systems

  • Utilize a project management platform of choice that you have successfully used in prior roles
  • Establish consistent workflows for tracking tasks, timelines, dependencies, and ownership
  • Ensure tools are practical, adopted by stakeholders, and drive accountability rather than overhead

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and translating executive direction into execution
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Experience implementing or operating within a project management system that drives accountability and results

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects that cross the COO’s desk are captured, prioritized, and executed with clarity
  • Teams understand their responsibilities and timelines without repeated follow-ups from leadership
  • Risks and dependencies are surfaced early, not after deadlines slip
  • Leadership receives clear, concise updates without needing to dig for details

Perks

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits and retirement plans with monthly premium covered by the company
  • Lunch provided daily
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful, visible impact in a growing organization
