Time Off Requirements
- Give your manager at least two weeks’ notice for PTO requests.
- Submit the request in Paylocity.
- Add the time off to the Tech Department – PTO Google Calendar.
Sick Leave
- Extended Sick Time
- Remote Work During Illness
- Occasional Sick Days
If you take three or more sick days in a row, please notify your manager. A simple note from your medical provider confirming you received care may be required. This helps us support you and plan coverage while you are out.
If you’re not feeling 100% but can still work, and your role allows it, please work from home instead of coming into the office. Coordinate with your manager about expectations for the day.
If you’re too sick to work, take the time to rest and recover.
We want everyone to stay home when they’re sick without worrying about using PTO. Employees may take up to two sick days in a row without it being taken from their PTO. No documentation is needed unless the absences become frequent or follow a pattern.
PTO Policy for Employees Under Our Payroll
- Employees start with 15 days of PTO per year.
- Each year, employees receive 1 additional PTO day.
- PTO increases annually up to a maximum of 20 days per year.
Federal Holidays
- Federal holiday time off applies to all employees, whether overseas or local. Please check with your manager for the specific days that will be observed as time off.
