Overview

We are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our fast-growing and fast-paced pharmaceutical, telehealth and technology company to support our legal, regulatory and compliance operations. This position will research, gather, organize, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for use by internal and external attorneys in a broad range of corporate, transactional & regulatory matters.

It is imperative that the individual in this position has considerable experience and understanding of how to manage legal documents in a sophisticated capacity. The primary responsibilities will include document support for the attorneys, in addition to coordinating and managing the daily activities and documents. This role will help ensure that our business practices, marketing, operations, and clinical workflows comply with federal and state laws related to telemedicine, prescription fulfillment, privacy, and consumer protection.

The ideal candidate ideally has a strong background in healthcare, telehealth, or pharmaceutical law (strongly preferred), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing documents, partnership agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain organized legal files, documentation systems, certifications, licenses and compliance records.
  • Assist with preparing memos, summaries, and due-diligence materials for internal stakeholders.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Support the legal team in monitoring and interpreting regulations related to telehealth, prescriptions, digital health, and patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA, state telemedicine laws, advertising guidelines).
  • Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials, website content, paid ads, and user communications.
  • Partner with medical and operational teams to ensure clinical workflows comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Assist with audits, internal reviews, and risk assessments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Medical, Product, etc. to provide legal guidance on initiatives and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel to support specialized matters.
  • Act as a key liaison between legal and business units to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution.

Corporate Governance & Operational Support

  • Assist with corporate governance tasks including board materials, resolutions, and record keeping.
  • Help manage state-specific requirements related to telehealth operations and provider licensure
  • Support internal processes such as policy updates, compliance training, and legal workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate or ABA-approved program strongly preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in healthcare, telehealth, pharmaceuticals, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, telemedicine regulations, and digital health compliance.
  • Experience reviewing marketing and advertising content for legal compliance.
  • Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Certifications

  • Maintain organized legal files, documentation systems and compliance records.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in health tech, telemedicine, or men’s health-focused companies.
  • Familiarity with physician networks, pharmacy operations, and digital health workflows.
  • Knowledge of state-by-state telehealth compliance requirements.
  • Comfort working with document management systems, compliance tools, and legal operations software.
