We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Marketing Strategist to join our team. This position will work directly for the Director of Creative Strategy to  help execute the Company’s overall marketing strategy.

This individual will work closely with existing agencies, creators, and partners on a wide range of tasks -  and be responsible for our organic social media strategy. You will also help optimize our existing email  marketing strategy.

It is critical that the right candidate possesses strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, is self motivated, curious, and hungry to learn and improve. Being coachable is a huge plus.

This role is engaging, dynamic, and really interesting - with a lot of room for growth. The ideal candidate will  be eager to prove value through consistency and follow-through. About the Role

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work closely with various agency partners to ensure seamless handoff of ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Work with Director of Marketing to scale existing email campaigns
  • Be responsible for our organic social strategy across Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat - and other platforms.
  • Assist in market research and UI/UX projects - and use those findings to guide our overall marketing strategy
  • Help uncover new and emerging market opportunities
  • Perform other marketing and/or operational tasks when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) Required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience - including social media marketing
  • Experience working for a marketing agency is a plus
  • Experience working with influencers is a plus
  • Familiarity with ESPs such as Braze, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or Listrak is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other paid social platforms
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords and other forms of paid search marketing
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics - and the ability to understand data and build useful reports
  • Familiarity with MarTech is a plus
  • Understanding of emerging AI technologies and their applications in marketing, including tools that enhance campaign efficiency, personalization, and performance insights
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a prideful work ethic
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Creative and out of the box thinker
