Meds.com is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to serve as a key cross-functional resource. This individual will manage and support a mix of project coordination, pharmacy-specific initiatives, and broader company operations.
About the Role
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution of both pharmacy and company-wide initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between Pharmacy Operations and internal stakeholders, including Accounting, to maintain accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.
- Support supply chain and logistics initiatives by organizing information, identifying process gaps, and recommending operational improvements.
- Help drive project timelines and deliverables while maintaining accountability across teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and assist in implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheet management.
