Employee Referral Program
Overview
We encourage employees to help identify and connect us with talented individuals who may be a strong fit for our team. Referrals are one of the most effective ways to find great people, and we welcome employees to proactively reach out within their networks and communities to recommend potential candidates.
Eligibility
All current employees, regardless of position or department, are eligible to participate in the employee referral program.
Referral Process
Employees may refer a candidate by submitting the individual’s information directly to the Engineer Manager. When submitting a referral, please include the candidate’s resume, contact information, and any relevant details about their experience or background.
Employees are also encouraged to actively engage in outreach and identify talented individuals within their professional networks who may be interested in opportunities with the company.
Referral Bonus
If a referred candidate is successfully hired, the referring employee will receive a referral bonus as a token of appreciation. The bonus will be awarded once the referred employee has officially joined the company and completed any required onboarding or probationary period, if applicable.
Specific bonus amounts and eligibility details may vary depending on the position and will be communicated by HR.
